You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, decompile, or frame platform assets without prior written authorization from our Copenhagen desk.

3. Informational Accuracy & Ticketing Disclaimers

Sortbuddyrankltt operates as an independent cultural and architectural research publication. While we make rigorous efforts to verify festival schedules, artist rosters, campsite regulations, and sustainability indices for Roskilde, NorthSide, Heartland, Distortion, and other featured gatherings, festival lineups and entry policies are subject to alteration by individual event organizers without notice. Sortbuddyrankltt does not sell primary festival tickets directly and assumes no liability for ticketing transactions executed on third-party portals.

4. User Conduct & Platform Security

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts Platform operations, including but not limited to:

• Deploying automated crawlers, scrapers, or bot nets in excess of reasonable search engine indexing thresholds.
• Injecting malicious JavaScript, SQL strings, or harmful payloads into our interactive editorial forms.
• Attempting unauthorized bypass of client-side cookie consent or data isolation protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Danish and European law, Sortbuddyrankltt Media ApS and its directors, editors, and technical partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance upon festival itineraries, travel advice, or technical interruptions on this platform.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be instituted solely before the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret).
